The Connell Goblet
The outside of the bowl is decorated with eight dolphins, the stem with a dove, and the base with an Ark.
Inscribed inside the bowl:
GIVEN TO THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF SHIPWRIGHTS
(two bees, engraved)

This goblet is customarily used by the Prime Warden together with the Prime Warden’s Cup, item 120/1974 below. It was exhibited at Goldsmiths’ Hall, 1982.
Presented 1967 by Sir Charles Connell in commemoration of his year as Prime Warden 1965-1966.
