The Ailsa Nef
Fanciful three masted sailing ship on four wheels, with the Company shield of arms engraved on the fore topsail.Presented 1930 by the Most Hon. the Marquess of Ailsa in commemoration of his year as Master 1929-1930. This, the smaller and more realistic of the Company’s two nefs, is customarily placed in front of the Prime Warden at Company dinners.
