Charlie Moore, Marine Engineering apprentice at Blackwater Marina in Essex, proudly wears his new Shipwrights Company embossed overalls. Charlie is our current Baltic Exchange Charitable Foundation funded apprentice, and is an outstanding marine engineer in the making!
