Women in Boatbuilding Mentoring Report

In February 2023 the Education and Charity Committee awarded a £2,000 grant to Women in Boatbuilding CIC to facilitate a ten-month mentoring programme and promote women as positive role models in the boatbuilding industry.  Their report can be found at the following link:  WIBB Mentoring Report 23_24

On a recent visit to the Boat Building Academy in Lyme Regis it was good to learn that of the 15 students on the new course, 8 are women!
