Ark Appeal - Units of Donation Print E-mail
Under the old British Merchant Shipping Act shares in ships were sold in 64th 's. These were further divisible by 5 making 320 units in all. The Shipwrights' symbol has always been the Ark, "forever safe within". We are offering one 64th share in a 'mythical' Ark for £40,000 or one sub unit for £8,000. There is of course no minimum subscription and donations of any amount will be much appreciated and recognised. It will also be possible to make donations towards a unit or sub-unit over a period and either by oneself or jointly with others.
