Enamelled silver gilt decorated goblet,  commemorating the 300th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone ofSt Paul’s Cathedral. 

Stepped foot and displayed gilt eagle as stem.

 Bottom inscribed under a shield with the letter D over crossed swords:
