This section details how to apply for a grant from the Shipwrights' Charitable Fund.
How To Apply
  1. All applications should be by letter, FAX, or email to the Clerk. They will be acknowledged, and if they do not fit the "maritime or waterborne" criteria, rejected at the same time.
  2. Grants for heritage projects, such as restoration of classic vessels, usually need to show:
    • they are being used to train a young person/young people in traditional shipwrightry.
    • the vessel is listed by the National Historic Ships Committee.
